Master's Degree
The master's degree requires a minimum of 33 graduate hours in required and elective course work approved by the State of Ohio.
Ed.S. - Specialist Degree
The Ed.S. degree is a post master's practitioner program. This is not an interim step between the master and doctoral degrees, but provides preparation for a specialty position within the field of professional education.
Ph.D. Degree
The Ph.D. is the highest degree attainable. In Educational Administration, it is a terminal degree that allows an administrative professional to move to the next level of career success.

There is a point person for each of the degrees, but any faculty member would be able to help you to consider your options.
