The KSU Chapter of PCMA belongs to the regional POWER Chapter which includes members from Pittsburgh, Ohio, West Virginia, and the Erie Region. There are approximately 130 members in the POWER Chapter.

Awards
The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) Education Foundation awarded KSU's PCMA Student Chapter with $500 to fund chapter projects, events and activities. KSU was one of four student chapters in the nation to receive this honor. PCMA also awarded Hospitality Management major Brittany Belko with an Annual Meeting Scholarship. She was one of three students in the nation to receive complimentary airfare, hotel accommodations and registration to the 53rd PCMA Annual Meeting in New Orleans from January 11-14, 2009.
